Get off you're East Coast High Pony delusional-ism. Glenn Branca? Lovely local artist possibly, but really? Cobain was as gifted as he was messed up and was not the sell out type. The ripoff inference falls on deaf ears (thanks Nirvana). All musicians are influenced by those who preceded them and some may purposely use that to further their careers but Cobain was simply not interested in the makings.
