Well, then senseless destruction is fine!

First off, that's not always true. There are tons of businesses which were either underinsured for something like this, or whose policies covered only to a certain point, or others whose policies simply didn't cover it.

But there's much more than that. There's the effort in physically rebuilding the business back to a usable state. Months of tedious, hard work down the drain. Important records destroyed. A long delay in rebuilding where you lose your customer base, as they get out of the habit of coming to your business. Prized, trusted employees who take jobs elsewhere.

Do you even own a business? Do you understand the cost of acquiring long term customers and key employees, and the devastation it can mean when you are force-closed for a few months?

I how how cavalier the woke left is regarding other people's money, property, and livelihood.

It's not even like these businesses were destroyed or a noble purpose, or due to an unforeseeable act of God. No, they were just collateral damage cuz the angry, angry, angry left has to show us how oppressed they are! And somehow that means destroying innocent people's lives in your own community.

The way retail got fucked by the covid i wouldn't be surprised if a few businesses ended up making way more by having their stores looted.

It's pretty pointless to go at this from point after a point when you think "Important records destroyed" is a thing.

We could also go about how large majority of the stores were looted by fairly apolitical common thieves. But really why bother. I got everything i wanted out of this election and i'm sure you have steady supply of copium to get you through this.

So because gimmick says that store owners WANT their place looted and burned, then it's okay for everyone to have at it and BURN BURN BURN!!

I mean, sure, there were plenty of thugs just there to steal shit and not interested in politics. But they were able to do this because those who DID care about politics got the ball rolling with the massive looting, rioting, and arson, and then some other common criminals got to come along for the ride! Oh, and the liberal mayors of these cities would always tell the police to stand down, because we can't have any of these fine citizens hurt!
