Made a hot sauce for chicken breasts the other week with chopped fresh habaneros, let them sit in sauce of cayenne and barbecue with some jalapeno juice. Yum.
The more hot things you eat the more tolerant you become. No bathroom burn the next day anymore.
I ordered some carolina reapers today and will make a sauce of them. They are 1,500,000 scovilles as opposed to the habanero 150,000 scovilles.

Never understood hotsauce, it overwhems the flavor of the food..
Perhaps a little extra virgin olive oil with lemon and oregano blended with the natural chicken juices be better??
Some nice char marks across the chicken?
A little rice with soute of broccoli rabe.
Too BRING OUT the flavor of the food and not mask or overwhelm it..
On a side note.
I lived and almost married(a past life) and Indonesian Chinese chick that used to put this crazy crazy Indonesian hot sauce on EVERYTHING without even blinking an eye..
I tried it a couple of times, FUCK THAT.
