This also goes on at Commerce (though not nearly as bad as the situation in Vegas).

Certain regulars befriend the regular fish in the high limit games, and they convince the fish to call them when they're coming.

Once the regulars know a fish is coming, they rush down to Commerce and get on the board -- sometimes getting their friends already there to put their names up for them.

When the fish shows up, there's a full table of players ready to sit, all of whom were ready for it. At that point, it's tough for anyone else to get in.
