Honestly, i asked/warned her several times that i wasn't into the fucking trolling bc it was one sided i never trolled her back. But she kept doing it.

I still see this as a personal dispute.

I am just running a forum. I do not like taking the position where I am policing off-forum interactions between third parties when things go sour, even if one person is more at fault than the other. In extreme cases, such as disturbing threats or scams, I will intervene and ban someone. However, in cases like these, I don't like to get in the middle.

I usually refuse to ban people who simply want to leave, and instead tell them to simply stop logging in. I have made an exception here and banned her account.

I'm not sure what you're asking here.

Everyone has their own definition and standard for what is unsettling.

I see this forum as a collection of adults. I'm not the house father or authority figure. I'm just a guy who runs a forum which allows various third-parties to interact with one another.

I will ban anyone who I feel is dangerous to the community -- such as someone routinely making personal info threats, physical threats, or attempting to operate scams.

However, when two people on the forum start voluntarily interacting outside of the forum, and then have a falling out, I don't like to get in the middle. Even if one person is more at fault than the other, I still don't like getting in the middle, unless it's an extreme case or a chronic problem.

It is clear who is the more popular user in this situation, and I'm sure there would be a lot of people who would be cheering if I banned Larry and therefore preserved Kilgore's pahticipation.

However, this would set a very bad precedent, where I would be expected to ban people every time two users have a falling out separate from the forum. It's just not a position I want to be in.

I hope everyone understands.
