Even if it happened to some degree, it definitely didn't change the overall outcome in his state (Arizona). Hillary beat Sanders by about 70,000 votes, a 56% to 41% margin. And other election shenanighans in Maricopa County regarding the fewer number of polling places causing long lines in poorer neighborhoods possibly suppressed a number of Latino voters, who overwhelming favor Clinton over Sanders.
Bottom line at worst re this conspiracy angle: No harm, no foul (even if true).
