That's not very complicated, but to a 14-year old I guess it is. I'm twice his age and was proud as hell when I built my PC last year without fucking it up, lol
things to note:
1. He refused to say anything to police other than essentially "Its a clock". He would not say anything more than that. He could have been way more forthcoming and told them what he built, but he didnt.
2. The school district is not allowed to discuss his past, as the records are sealed. They have asked the parents permission to release the info about what kind of stunts he has pulled in the past, and the parents wont allow this. He apparently has started issues in the past at that school.
3. The kid's sister has some kind of previous history with getting in trouble for some bomb threat, but I dont know all the details.
kid deconstructed a clock, put it together in a very suspicious way to cause controversy (including that mesh package that in no way belongs in a clock, but certainly resembles what would be an explosive component in a suitcase bomb), wont answer questions about it, and plays the poor muslim me sympathy card.
fuck him and I hope any copycat issues that arise punish the "scientists" aggressively
