Correct and I suspect Micon expects or is worried that charges will be filed soon. Otherwise why would he just not leave the country as was planned in two weeks? As others have stated its not exactly easy to pack up your things and leave the country in two days. I'm genuinely surprised Martha is okay with this. There seems to be a weird trend for the last 2-3 years or so where people get busted, get their shit confiscated, do NOT get charged, then suddenly out of the blue they nabbed at an airport or a traffic stop weeks/months later and find out they have federal warrants.
