We have a tough series with Tex coming up after our pitchers got used up with a 13 inning, 9 inning and then 17 inning games vs Boston the last 3 days.

Had to call up 2 relievers today just to field a pitching squad for the series.
What is the first thing the O's would have to do to become a winning ball club, and I'm not being a dick. I don't follow them as much as I used to, but where would you start?

Not counting their start this year cause they are on a heater.
