Jasep didn't confer with me before he posted the BAP on VPR or PFA. I even expressed my displeasure with China when I read it. Not because I thought it would turn out like this but because I thought it was embarrassing to the site that an owner of our site was in essence begging for money.
I have admitted multiple times in this thread that I grossly handled the situation wrong
A) I should have not taken his word at face value that he was putting in the $600 he owed me
B) I should have insisted Jasep posted in the BAP he was putting in the cash value of my 12 shares from monies
he owed me
C) I should have posted myself if Jasep was unwilling to do so
Shares had already been sold before I got involved. It would not have mattered whether I just told him "hey start making payments to me that you can afford" The 5k was going to be collected either way and again I had absolutely no indication that anything close to this awful would occur.
I have spent a majority of the past 3 weeks, and at least 8 hours per day the last week, putting all the pieces together. Talking with people who know him in real life, other parties I had never spoken to so that I could put all the pieces together.
I am embarrassed and sick to my stomach over all that has happened and my role in inadvertently perpetuating this. Until I see proof that the 22q was handled properly, this situation will consume me.
I am glad at very least that the efforts of Mark, Pikachar, Joe, Kevin, myself and a few others at least prevented him from being able to garner any more $ by offering non existent, worthless shares in VPR.
I dont care about my money. If by some far fetched chance my echeck clears next week, I will send every penny to those who haven't been paid first.
I will keep in contact with Kevin and Tim Byrd- his closest friend in life to apply pressure until Jasep makes this right
I will contact his father, his mother, his daughters mother and anyone else I can find (and I will find them), not to harass them, but to inform them what kind of person Johnny is.
I will make sure his first and last name, city and state, are SEO'ed to the point that he will realize this will leave behind a life long trail if not made right.
I will do my best to make sure that he has no other choice to make this right or permanently live the rest of his life with this stigma following him.
That is all I can do. I know others will help me as well.
I said this before. The only out Johnny has here is to be a man and admit he fucked up and make restitution. Others have done this before, he certainly wouldn't be the first
