I don't believe so. I think Trump legitimately thought he was cheated, and was trying to get Georgia officials to act on that belief. Obviously idiotic for him to do, but again, criminally charging him during a Presidential election is something which shouldn't be done lightly.
These charges exist for one purpose and one purpose only -- to deny Trump the 2024 Presidency. It's a form of election interference.
