Lol "reasonable adults". All they have to do is carry 20% more items and this doesn't happen. They make bank every game. There's no reason for this.
Every game where people show up and don't get the item, I hear people grumbling about it, both at entry and while in their seats at the beginning of the game. I never even thought of calling about this, and just quietly was frustrated about it every other time. This time I took a 5 minute shot at making it right.
People pay extra for these promo games and then fail to get the item because the gate they drive into is mismanaged, and the Dodgers cheap out on inventory.
