This is the "Active X" video poker, and it's a total degen form of video poker.and did this the same day according to his twitter
Basically, when you get certain hands, you get a certain multiplier on the next hand if you win. The best is if you make a Full House, then you get 12x whatever you win on the next hand. Once the next hand plays out, it goes back to normal, unless you hit a hand again that triggers a multiplier.
So apparently Chino hit a "4x on next hand" multiplier on one of the hands, and then hit a Royal.
These machines are very -EV, but can actually be temporarily +EV if you find some left sitting there with certain multipliers active.
