The timing of this isn't coincidental. This is the first of many casinos to realize they can't operate profitably with the new restrictions in place, so they've decided to shut the whole thing down until everything normalizes again.
Expect other casinos to follow soon.
There will probably be a major industry contraction, as there simply will be too many casinos for not enough players -- and that's when any of them manage to open!
BTW, "bumping rights" refers to contractual rights of a more senior employee who gets laid off to take over the job of a less senior employee who wasn't laid off. Those don't apply here. "Bumped" employees in this case cannot go to other Station Casinos and take over other people's jobs.
