Yes because then all the guns will go away! Just like when they outlawed drugs....ever seen anyone doing them since then? Hell no!

    You fucking gook.

Probably some bullshit about hating Trump and feeling like we are at war, blah blah.

I doubt it will end up that he was just a crazy guy who decided to fire at randoms.

I wonder how the left wing media will cover it if it turns out that the deadliest mass shooting in US history is one with their own ideology.

I was wondering the same thing. They will probably gloss over personal responsibility and the guy being a scumbag and go right into gun control.
Which they should. He could not have done this without guns, period.

Every day something happens in that crazy circus to the south of me that makes me glad I'm now Canadian.

Like ancient villagers, Americans accept periodic plagues as a visitation from the gods, about which nothing can or should be done. The only permitted response is “thoughts and prayers”—certainly never rational action to reduce casualties in future. Even to open the discussion as to whether something might not be done violates the taboos of decency: How dare you politicize this completely unpredictable and uncontrollable event! It is as if gun violence were inscrutable to the mind of man, utterly beyond human control.

The fact that such things do not happen anywhere else with anything approaching the same frequency—that too is the work of some ineffable mystery. Who can say why such things happen so seldom in Canada and Australia and Britain and Germany and France, and so often in the United States? Who would be rude enough even to wonder?

You can't indiscriminately kill 50 people from far away with knives, nunchucks or a bat. You can only do it with guns. Crazy people are far less effective without guns. Get rid of the fucking guns you crazy Americans.
    This

Americans create the argument that it's people that kill, not guns.

Which suggests that this suicidal animal would've found another way to commit mass murder if he didn't have access to guns.

    Wrong:

The guy just simply nooses himself instead... At worst he strangles prostitute or something before offing himself.

Given that Marilou's husband is Geary Danley, who is described as a left-wing fanatic, I wonder if this whole thing was left-wing terrorism.

Geary is a fan of the The Rachel Maddow Show and liked several pages on Facebook including Thank You Obama, Anti-Trump Army, Progressive Day, Organizing for Action, Not My President, Proud to Be A Democrat, Fight Trump, Boycott All Things Trump, and Impeach Trump. Geary is a Democrat and is registered to vote in Washoe County, Nevada.
Even if Geary had nothing to do with this, his strong left-wing association makes you think that it's likely people associated with him (or his wife) might also be left-wing fanatics.

The targeting of a country music concert (a genre of music known to have a Republican-leaning fan base) would also be a good target for a deranged left-wing shooter looking to kill the "opposition".
    Good
God Druff. Did you just pull that out of your ass. If you believe this then you are the mentally ill one. Just your logic alone is laughable.

this isnt really true, of course.

DHS is already sitting on contingency plans to deal with cheap drone swarms loaded with anything from kitchen plastique mixed with nuts and bolts to bathtub sarin.

what makes guns so prevalent in these situations is the good old 2nd amendment availability of them. anyone with a fistful of cash can go from 'bad day' to 'mass murderer' in about 12 hours without even hitting google for training, providing you can get to a gun show.

not a gun control argument, but you can do that with a driver's license in a major city fairly easily...

If Cracker McHonky or Khalid El-Amin drove 50 people off a cliff tomorrow within a week there would be stricter laws regarding bus drivers.

Not trying to be a dick but arent guns laws largely left up to the states? If so, why do some many heavily leaning blue states have lax gun laws? I mean even Bernie Sanders was taking a lot of shit for his stance on guns.

Federal firearms laws generally regulate the sales, possession, and transportation of firearms and ammunition while allowing other matters to be addressed through gun laws by state and local jurisdictions, according to the National Rifle Association.

Federal laws specify who may — and may not — possess firearms, according to the NRA’s Institute for Legislative Action. The possession of firearms by fugitives from justice, illegal aliens, and certain convicted criminals is banned.

The federal government also regulates the sale, shipping, and transportation of firearms, including banning people from carrying one aboard an aircraft, the NRA reported.

But because there has never been a federal law that covers the issuance of concealed or open-carry firearms permits, states determine the extent to which those can be issued, CNBC reported.

Im convinced a large number of those people would be severely disappointed if they suddenly went out and bought a silencer and tried to use it.

They know their base is full of urban retards that have never fired a pistol let alone fired an AR-15. Politicians want to ban guns to obviously make it way more easier for authoritarian rule.

The facts are, people who want to commit these attacks will find a way to do so.

THat is all kind of to my point. For example, you can go to prison for carrying a handgun in New York and yet in Washington/ Oregon you can open carry in a super market. All states would rather elect a retarded third grader democrat than Donald Trump yet they have such drastically different stances on gun laws. If the democrats are so motivated to get some form of gun control into effect, how come they cant get it done in the states where they have the most support? I am really curious, as I dont know the answer.

The real reason he shot up the place is because CUT Steakhouse was charging $108 dollars for lobster mac and cheese.

A couple videos now circulating, showing shooter at a Reno NV anti-trump rally. Apparently, in one, a woman approaches him and calls him Steve.

He's wearing a pink NASA shirt and wearing a pussy hat.

    Allegedly him.
