    Chest pains after drinking?

Day after drinking on the 14th I had sharp shooting pains in my chest brought on from excersize. Fast forward to the 25th these pains are no longer there when working out but theres just this very very uncomfortable pressure almost like a weight on my chest kind of feeling. More so felt when laying down but I still feel a numbness in my chest when working out...Yes I went to the doctor yesterday and she thinks it may be some sort of inflammation spasm I had around my heart and made a deal to give it about 2 more weeks and if it's still there I go in to have all the Xrays and tests and stuff...But just wondering if anyone else has ever had this happen before? Best case it is some kind of sick acid reflex attack thats still lingering and healing or w/e and im taking priolsec otc incase it was.

Lol great advice here at poker fraud...Ohhh really? I thought I was supposed to take some hits of cocaine! But I assure you I am NOT a lightweight when it comes to drinking even though that doesn't even matter.

You shouldn't take advice from people on here who lack basic reading comprehension skills or common sense.

How often/ much do you drink?

My first read is your symptoms have nothing to do with drinking and you are being a faggot.

    I could be wrong though.

gas indigestion or strained something, probably stress related tho

if you suffer chest pain which radiates along your left arm, experience dizziness along with the pain or loss of consciousness it's something to be worried about.

Have you had a stress test lately? Schedule one if you haven't.

Overall you're too young to really be worried about a heart attack, though they do happen.

Also if you don't already begin taking 3-6 grams of fish oil daily and a childrens aspirin (just cut a full adult one in half if that's all you have avail, you need ~100mgs at most a few times a week) and REDUCE STRESS

REDUCING STRESS will be your #1 best option here

Thanks, yea I mean ive been working out everyday with some days very low moderation & take fish oil and multi daily along with whey and casein powder all standard stuff for me. I mean I don't have any noticable pain in my arm if that's what you mean but definatly murmers of pain are left oriented that are now barley noticeable and dont have any pain when going for a light jog. It's just this sick discomfort of this pressure in my chest. From what I can see on google last night I 1000% match up with symptoms of stable Angina at this point... Considering after I ate a huge meal last night it was very uncofortable worsening pressure for about 15 mins. With that said i'll give it another couple of days and then this time see a cardiologist.

Please bold the part where I gave my opinion on the matter, and stated it was better.

    I'll wait...

Make sure you're taking 3-5 grams of fish oils per day before you reply to my post.

You're probably ok, and having already seen a physician, do whatever he/she says, in the meantime REDUCE STRESS LEVELS

you keep failing to mention anything about how stressed out you are and what, if anything, you are doing about your stress levels. IMO this is a clear indicator you are stressing out over something. Find that something and eliminate it.

No chest pain while jogging? You're fine, but your body is sending CLEAR signals something isn't right, and I'd bet my only pair of flip flops you are stressed and need to relax, asap.

Stress is a silent killer bud, believe that, and seek to address it, sooner the better.

Well there WAS chest pain while jogging crippling in fact on the 15th but slowly went away to no pain on this present day. But I didn't even address the stress question because I play online poker for living and it's usually pretty sedatary and chill but lol wouldn't that be something if poker was the stresser!

Stop eating meat and taking animal based protein. If you want to take extra protein get it from a plant based product. I use Sun Warrior. Eat plants and everything gets better. I used to have bead heartburn and took a few dr prescribed things for it, but now I take nothing and no heartburn I just stay away from animal products for the most part.

I'm not a doctor but I heartily endorse this advice. I became vegetarian over a year ago while in Nepal; I got bad food poisoning, almost certainly from the water, but afterwards was extremely cautious with the meat I ate. Most of the meat there was simply purchased from butcher shops that slaughter on the spot and the 'unprocessed' meat, while more flavorful and hearty, kind of weirded me out. I eventually just stopped eating it, have lost 50 pounds in the last year and am in the best shape of my life. I used to have high blood pressure but am now a resting 110/70.
