And they also have no clue how to react to crises.

For years, people kept complaining that there was a cyberbullying problem on Twitter, and that was blamed for its user numbers stagnating.

They did their best to ignore the problem while giving pathetic lip service that they were taking care of it. This persisted for a long time.

Finally a high-profile incident occurred where a few idiots posted some racist messages to a Hollywood star, and Twitter decided to overreact and ban not just the offenders, but the social media star (Milo) the trolls were trying to impress by doing it. Huh?

And what message did that give? That a Hollywood star can get people banned for trolling, but regular folks can't?

The company is completely clueless.
