Mason may be technically accurate here but it is misleading.
The copyright books were not hosted on the website in question. They were just links, Yeb has stated that consistently over time.
Also, by refused to cooperate I assume he was receiving the Dutch Boyd treatment. Meaning, cooperating meant giving Mason a bunch of money.
