Why bother trying to separate which ones are gay and which are straight? Some sex offenders commit crimes against both genders.
Men simply should not be in prison with women. Otherwise, why have women's prisons at all? Why not just put men and women together in all prisons?
While we're at it, why not just eliminate women's sports, women's locker rooms, women's bathrooms, and any other female-only space?

Most of the men in women's prisons aren't even real trans. They claim a trans identity after getting caught. There is no sort of requirement. If you say you're female, they have to treat you as female, even if you were born male, dress male, act male, never claimed to have been trans before, and have a full mustache and beard. You can go right into women's prison as a mustachioed, bearded, big burly dude, as long as you say you're a woman.
This isn't a loophole. It's by design. The idiot wokes decided that being trans is just something you feel, and there's no litmus test for being a woman. If you say you're one, you are one.
