For reference, the black guy hit another car with his, ran from that collision, got pulled over by this cop, ran from him and collided with two more cars, almost ran over several people, when his car got disabled, he then repeatedly attempted fighting the police officer, all before this video started. According to the body cam footage and audio, right before the police officer delivered the punch near the start of this video, he threatened several other people, including the people in the cars nearby. The officer delivered the punch to keep this guy's threats on him instead of innocent bystanders.

The Social Security Administration won’t announce the 2026 cost-of-living adjustment (COLA) to benefits until next month, but experts are already making forecasts.
The Senior Citizens League (TSCL) estimates the COLA bump will be 2.7%. That’s up from the 2.5% increase retirees received in 2025, one of the lowest on record. But it’s still shy of the 2.9% increase in inflation recorded between August 2024 and August 2025.
