If it's the former, I can't see how it's fair to suspend Mission, as he's running a free contest with his own money. I feel he should only be suspended if he takes a super-excessive amount of time to pay, to where it's clear he's never going to. By these standards, I should be suspended from PFA for slow paying PFA freeroll $!

My understanding is that it was Mission's own money. He has run this contest for years and this is not the first time that payment has not been made promptly...

That said, he does always pay eventually.

Shack does that forum a major disservice with the heavy-handed moderation IMO. Seems like just a big power trip for him...
