I agree with some of this.....that being said:

Micon is not a "self starter". He finds something or someone who is blowing up and quickly inserts himself into it. He does none of the work but takes all the credit for it. He did it with NWP and Seals with Clubs. Kind of ironic that taking all the credit for Seals With Clubs will ultimately be his downfall.

Of course no bail will be offered. But what kind of plea deal could be offered that would entice him to return? B/c he was so god damned cooperative he gets a reduced sentence? He violated & mocked Nevada law and continues to do so. So Nevada is toothless unless they demonstrate they mean business. What motive does Nevada have to reduce the sentence? NVG has won here. They own Micon.

A light sentence sets the outside boundaries for all future online gaming violators. Couple of months, a year or two? Maybe good risk/reward going forward for future violators. Micon fled and continues to run site. How else could he thumb his considerable nose?

If his legal team is worth anything at all, they'll get him bail. He'll have to give up his passport, and they may want him to wear a tracking device, but if he voluntarily comes back at some point, he will 100% get bail, a high bail with conditions, but bail nonetheless.

Im enjoying watching the melts about Lederer and Russ walking free while Micon is being persecuted.

People have yet to discover that these are unrelated and irrelevant. FT had a license. MeCoin did not. This has nothing to do with who suffered and/or caused the most damage.

Im also leaning more on the side of they want to make an example out of him. If it was a "Whoops, I made a mistake" moment, maybe. But he publicly taunted them.

I would guess they will want to also know the names of anyone else in SWC. He may have kept that secret, OR, they may have discovered it through his extensive communications (which they likely have access to/saved).
