Evans asked for documents under the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA)
He requested information regarding 'any relationship, communication, gift(s), and/or remuneration in any form' between Bidens and China, Russia or Ukraine
He said government lawyers first admitted in court to having at least 400 pages of 'potentially relevant' documents
Evans claims the DoJ are now trying to get away with saying they can 'neither confirm nor deny' the existence of any records that match his request

He's hard to watch and probably not in my top 500 people I'd ever want to meet but I oftentimes find him to be a reasonable voice who makes many good points. He's earned some respect.

This is another dodge by David Weiss. He's staying clear of the tax charges because that would implicate Joe Biden. They are setting it up for another plea deal where Hunter does no jail time. Joe is not going to let Hunter go to jail anyway. He'll use the pardon pen before he let's that happen.

Joe is going to issue a lot of pardons before he leaves office. If he leaves office in Jan 2025 he'll be sure to lay down blanket pardons before that to anyone and everyone that a Trump Attorney General could go after. You’re right. The future of politics is the weaponization of the justice system - by whomever is in power. This is the way most of the world works and ultimately it appears we are no longer immune
