The funny thing is a plurality of America, if not a majority now agree with Trump. I have read several articles Trump is poised to peel off a historic amount of black voters this cycle. The 'judicial system is rigged' commentary is going to resonate with a lot of black voters, especially men. And Trump is not talking in theories, he can point to himself and say its happening to him in real time.

I just read the Israel - Hamas conflict is going to last well into 2024 with heavy casualties, which will further fracture the Democrats. The progressives despise Biden, I can see a contingency of that wing just staying home and not voting.

Most pundits are already predicting Arizona and Nevada are no longer in play for Biden. MI is about done for Biden as well, the Muslim population is huge in MI and they are not going to turn out for Biden.

Barring a medical event for Trump, he goes into 2024 as a heavy favorite. If he picks Tim Scott he probably sails to victory. Tim Scott is not Kamala Harris, Kamala really is simply half Jamaican and was raised by her parents whose father was a Stanford PHD. Tim is a straight out brother and that will play with the black community that he can easily be the first black President with two black parents. It could happen in Trump's first term with a health issue, but certainly in 2028.

There's no way this trial goes off before the election. Only the defendants have a right to a speedy trial, not the prosecution. The defendants have a right to thoroughly go over all documents pertaining to the case. There's 19 defendents. Thousands of documents so a fair trial can't be done so quickly.
