If anyone is interested.
On a side note how much do you think Mayweather paid Reggie Parks or whomever to make him that belt Because we all know the WBC sure as hell didn't pay for it and Conner while he's a vain punk at times didn't make it either.. Guessing when you have Floyds money you can make your own trophies to win in your boxing matches
The raw gold price alone is about 60k giving current prices not to mention the 2000 plus diamonds and other stones.. Going to guess it was north of $1m for the materials plus whatever Labor was charged..
i think im ready to move on
I thought the stoppage was fine. In fact, I said out loud "he should really stop this soon" about 10 seconds before he stopped it. How exactly did the stoppage save the sports books?
As for him getting a KO in his last night ever, I think it was because he was fighting an amateur boxer. He usually fights world class professionals.
I forgot to mention I approve of these Corona girls sporting their camel toe.
Fight was stopped too early, but it didn't matter. Connor was done. He was exhausted to the point where he couldn't throw a real punch. In the 9th round it was clear he was done.
Even if he stretched out it out 2+ more rounds (which would have won me a +300 bet, btw), he would have lost the decision, even ignoring any unfair scoring benefiting Mayweather.
Respect to Conor for real. He fought tough and took his loss like a man.
1st rule of gambling is never bet on a white man to beat a black man in any sport that takes strength, quickness and speed.
Fast twitch ftw
How was McGregor like a 3x better boxer than hatton in 2 months
ref should have never stopped mcgregor, he should have gotten a standing 8 count at most
this isn't mma, and it's not like he had already been knocked out twice in that round
instead, we get the result that everyone is talking about and will almost guarantee a part 2

"Multiple sources told ESPN that Mayweather went into the sportsbook at the M Resort in Las Vegas at around 3:30 p.m. PT Saturday with cash and plans to bet on his fight against UFC star Conor McGregor."
So hours before the biggest fight (at least financially) of his entire career, Mayweather is lol strolling into his local neighborhood shop with 400k in cash on him trying to bet? Does anyone else find that absolutely insane?
Or, why is connor conveniently looking up at the clock in the 9th round, when the o/u was 9 1/2? He literally looked up at 1:23 mark in the 9th round and didn't give a foock after that.
Oh and nice of big dick to give us betting advice....
If it wasn't him I'd say it was odd.
According to the sports insights twitter handle the report was he was trying to bet the under 9.5. The bookmaker paused because there are rules in place that say, in short, you can only bet on yourself in Vegas. Supposedly they told him no on the under 9.5 and he got pissed and walked out but sent a runner in later.
Conor did a hell of a lot better than anyone ever thought.
Floyd needs to be done for real this time. He's slowed considerably. His hands didn't even look that fast last night.
I'm glad this is over, and it ended without controversy.
