I haven’t seen it yet on DK. There is a whole “boost” subculture. Crazy Ninja Odds on discord and CNO adjacent discords get deep into the math using sharp books like Pinny to devig the EV for the boost. Usually, stuff like football and basketball that I don’t care about I just let the math win

The limits on these boosts vary like crazy. I often skip them if they are super small

Step four: hammer as much as they let you on all the two “team” parlays you can

Step five watch injury take out half you your picks and be right about the other half and scoop the whole card

I closed my DK account this morning. I sweated an under 38.5 on last night's game I bet mid game, won it, barely. It was only $1,000 but I am just mentally fatigued watching games at 11:30pm when I would normally be asleep. Sports betting is really the worst, I don't have an off switch and just check the score the next day, I have to obsessively follow the game until the end. I am literally nodding off in my chair last night watching the last play. A game I would never even watched with no money on it. I just prefer Ultimate Texas Hold 'Em in the pits of a casino every couple months. I do really well at that game, and it's enjoyable. I am just done with sports betting. It's too much of a time commitment, and just mentally torturous, especially when you get into over/unders in college football at 11pm on a Saturday night.

Yeah, I guess, but I am addicted to the action. I just can't do it anymore. It just tortures me watching a Washington State game at midnight because you can't stay awake. It breaks you spiritually. Even when you win you still wake up at 4am wondering WTF happened in the game, going to your phone. I just am done, and I have done fairly decent the last 5 years, probably break even I guess. But sweating whether the kicker gets in field gold range at midnight, I just cant do it any longer. It's a brutal way to gamble, I am sticking to the bi-monthly trip to the casino. That is just me.

The key for me is to watch the first 25-50% of an NZ/Australian Rugby/Basketball/Cricket match or Tennis - I'm up big live betting these spots but I have edge-able insight

Any tips I take on USA sports I don't watch much and mainly due to having GSW blow a 12 pt lead with 2mins on the clock the day my live ML bet returning 20k busted

If I sweat them it's usually an unpleasant experience. My down under EV manages to help avoid mostly when watching that stuff
