I was ALMOST ok with it till she started with the "look at all these chips" comments. it's one thing to play it tight for all-in pre purposes because its a big hand and he could have had aces but but I'd want to kick her in the cunt after that if I had the queens. Learn how to win for christ sakes.
Thomas made videos with Mimi LuLu and Shannon Elizabeth today.
Shannon looks hot as ever. Mimi doesn't look bad either if she could get over her panic attack.
That's what I'm talking about!
This is the remix edition

(I can't fold this)
(I can't fold this)
(I can't fold this)
To, to, to, to...
Get here's so hard
Wish I were Russ
And could see your cards
I really
Hate to abort
Sittin' on KK
And my stack is short
Can't get reads on
Your faces
Wish I could tell
If you have those aces
So relaxed
I'm sold
But this is a hand
Uh, I can't fold
I told you, dealer
(I can't fold this)
I work so hard to get here, you know
(I can't fold this)
I'm lookin' in his eyes, man
(I can't fold this)
Let me waste a bit more time
(I can't fold this)
Time's a-wastin'
Tick-tock
We're hand for hand
You can't call the clock
If I wanna stall
I'll do so
Then say it's sick
Like Vanessa Rousso
I'm tryin'
To put out a feeler
If I lose the hand
I'll just blame the dealer
I tank
I tank
Wanna put my chips out
But afraid to get spanked
Makin' speeches
Like Jamie Gold
But this is a hand, uh,
I can't fold
Yo, I told you
(I can't fold this)
Why you makin' faces, waiter?
(I can't fold this)
Yo sound the bell, day's over, sucka
(I can't fold this)
Break it down!
(oh... oh... oh... oh... oh.. oh...)
Stop! Can't call time!
"I'm calling", I said
Please show me queens
Or I'm probably dead
I'm leading
And I shout
But still ask the dealer
To help me out
Thanks table
I'm a winner
Even if my antics
Made you lose your dinner
Whats your stack
Amount
Just for a minute
Let's all have a count
Count, count, count..
Yeah!
(I can't fold this)
Look at my chips
(I can't fold this)
I'm back to average, boy
(I can't fold this)
Thank you all for your patience
(I can't fold this)
Break it down!

I'll say this - there are a lot of players here in the south Florida poker scene who thought a $10M guarantee would be an epic fail, and I was a skeptic. This thing was a smash hit all the way around. I'm looking forward to playing next year already.
We had speculated that the PBKC contract with the WSOP was up this February and that the Hard Rock would jump on that. I think this event was so successful they wont even bother.
Kid is probably in shock although he's a solid mtt player but in this interview he don't have a whole lot to say:

Ha! I knew it! I just stacked this lady for $225 about an hour ago and I'm about 99% sure I owe it to this thread.
I'm up at Daytona Beach with the family (I know tight life). The wife and kid wanted to do some more beach time so I went over the daytona kennel club. Apparently they are holding some big tournament that some poker pros (Hellmuth) are attending. They shut the cash games down at noon and all they had running was 1-2 in the AM. So I sit in for $200 and I'm listening to her talk and I'm about 66% sure it was Mimi, obv she has a distinct voice. This goes on and on and she was talking about her tournament Play and I ask her if she has ever played and the hard rock Hollywood becuase she looks familiar. She says yes but kind of gives me a curious look. The very next hand someone puts her to the test with an all in bet. That when she says the magic words - "I don't know what to do". Right in the middle of the hand I say - "yup you absolutely have played at the hard rock". She finished the hand (folded) and I ask her "you played in the main event and you faced a big all in bet with Kings and the other guy had queens". She stared at me blankly for a minute and said "yeah, that might have been me"..... You could tell it rattled her for some reason. Next hand im on the button with 3-3 and made it $7. She called with a few others. k-J-3 flop rainbow. She makes it $30, I make it $90 she insta shoves She anounces "your good". Brick brick I flip over the set and she tables k-9???? I have to think our exchange figured into the hand.
Now "for the record" we ended up talking for the next half hour before the table closed. She struck me as a decent egg. I'm inclined to say she got caught up in the moment and didn't do the above as a needle.
The best thing to ever result from that video was this hand at the Heartland PT:
Quote:
Since the last hand we posted David Williams has doubled one player and went all-in himself.
In the first hand he called the all-in from a later position player on a Js, 9s, 5d board. Williams held queen-jack while his opponent had pocket jacks for the flopped set. After the hand he was left with approximately 60,000.
A couple hands later Williams opened to 5,000 from the cutoff, getting called by Mimi Luu in the big blind. Luu checked to Williams on the As, Qd, Td flop who then bet 5,000, Luu called.
Luu checked again when the 8h came on the turn. Williams bet 12,000 leaving 37,600 behind. Luu asked for a count a couple times before stating, "this is for most of my stack". Williams then called the clock saying, "we know how this can go, it'll end up on youtube".
With about 15 seconds remaining on the clock Luu moved all-in. Williams call, going all-in, himself saying, "I can't fold this".
Williams flipped over pocket queens for the flopped set while Luu had ace-four. The 7s river was unneeded. Williams is back above 100,000 again.
I guess if I'm her and I'm hearing it from D Williams it makes sense. If she's hearing it from some random middle aged white dude hanging out playing 1-2 on a Sunday AM it probably hits home a bit more.
She's a local player her in sf area. I can't fucking stand her. Her gook voice is the worst. I remember me and another short stack pushed on her BB, she double checks her cards, sighs, calls with aces.
