from what i understand, the Colorado decision goes into effect on January 4; but if the US Supreme Court decides to hear an appeal, the colorado ruling is stayed until the US Supreme Court rules. So if you're a county clerk in Colorado, what do you do in setting up your ballots while the courts piddle around as the March 4 primary draws closer daily?

I have never voted for Trump, nor would I ever do so. I think he lacks the discipline and temperament to be President. In fact I think he's a bit of a Fonzanoon (a child who farts in the bath and bites at the bubbles).
That being said, this action by the Colorado Supreme Court should worry all of you stupid Gringos. This action has never been done before in the history of this country. And this action was taken against someone who has never been charged, let alone convicted of the crime of insurrection.
Think about that for a minute. A man who has not been convicted of anything is barred from office, because people think he's an asshole (which he is), but has never been convicted of anything. I certainly hope the U.S. Supreme Court weighs in on this right quick, otherwise we all could be barred from holding office, or having a job, or having a bank account, because people don't like us.
