Rhode Island is having NY plate cars stopped on the way into the state, and they are being forced to self-quarantine for 14 days.

Notice this is exactly what I was stating for the past month or so.
They want to see where we stand in early May before making a decision on whether to delay or cancel it. They don't want to announce that it's been completely postponed, because they're hoping maybe they could start it later, but not drop the entire schedule.

Both are near my age. Ramdin is 51, Frankenberger is 47. Neither has major symptoms yet.
NYC is the most dangerous place in the US to be right now for this virus. This isn't surprising, because of its dense population.
Their symptoms are typical of people of that age without existing health issues. Uncomfortable, but not bad enough to warrant a hospital visit. I hope that's also my story if I get it.
