Anybody see the need of a third party? Right vs. Left kills all kinds of initiatives right out of the gate. If your party governs, in a three party system, they do so with less autonomy. In your current system it's all or nothing. Back and forth it goes expending all efforts to repeal the last administration's work and dividing people who would agree on many issues.

Completely agree with this. The current setup is all about what party you need to call when it's time to buy a favor. With 4-5-6-7 parties going they actually have to work together and they more often than not compromise back to the middle. With only two parties the power sits on the extreme fringes of the parties.Quote:
