micon just inferred on radio that you support seals with clubs while playing your DOJ in the USA song on his bitcoin infomercial podcast, do you indeed endorse seals and are being paid for said endorsement or is micon using your name and reputation without your consent or authorization
I don't currently endorse any products or services. I have created songs and videos for hire in the past, including several for Micon, and he's free to use those works as he pleases.

I recently saw that Jared Tendler reclaimed his old podcasts from QuadJacks and put them back on his own website. If you listen to the old ones, they still have commercials for things like Southpoint Poker, many of which I created and voiced over.
There's really nothing I can or should do about that. Is there? I suppose the very fact that I recorded those ads implies that I endorse the companies, which isn't something I ever gave much thought. I always just did it as a favor or a service.
But that's my problem, not Micon's or Tendler's or anyone else's. Well maybe with Tendler I could make a fuss. But in Micon's case, that stuff was for-hire. Those recordings belong to him, and he has every right to keep playing them afaik.
If micon breaks the law or breaches a contract in some way alert the media if you want to but right now I don't think this is much of an issue for anyone involved. If it were, you wouldn't be the first person to know about it.Quote:
