SO were just ignoring the leak of the National Security Threat regarding Russia?

Expected a thread in here. As usual DC leaks like a sieve. The threat the NSA is briefing Congress on is Russia planning to put nukes in Space in direct violation of the Outer Space Treaty signed in Oct 1967 which RUSSIA is a signatory to (although Im guessing Putin thinks its not because it was the USSR who signed).

Thats a fucking red line in the atmosphere so to speak. I dont give a flying FUCK if the intel thinks its only to attack satellites HELLO EMP dumbasses. Did we forget Operation Starfish. Even if they didnt use them as a literal sneak attack first strike one well palced Nuke over Kansas fries the whole damn power grid immediately since nobody has a damn clue apparently that the grid needs to be hardened against EMP. Worse case they do use them as first strike and drop huge ones akin to Tsar Bomba one on each missile field before we can even get them out of the ground. Ladies and Gentleman. House isnt touching it. BEsides funding Ukraine wont do anything to affect Putins push to break a nearly 60yr old treaty in the end. A: Be macho and instigate ww3. As if it's possible to "win" a nuclear war.
Expensive and possible extinction,

B. Negotiate a deal to keep Ukralne neutral and end the war.
