Dude on meth breaks window at Caesars, throws furniture out the window, threatens to shoot people

35-year-old Matthew Mannix was formally charged Matthew Mannix, 35, on Friday with first-degree kidnapping, coercion with a deadly weapon, destruction of property worth $5,000 or more, and disregarding the safety of persons or property.

Apparently he had some argument with his girlfriend while they were both doing meth, a disturbance was caused, and he threatened to start shooting when security came to the door. This produced a 5-hour standoff, at one point in which he broke the window and started tossing furniture out.

His room faced the pool, which was abruptly evacuated.

Apparently he's been arrested in Colorado for property damage and kidnapping, so it seems like he's done something similar in the past.

Judging by his actions, the meth isn't worth mentioning. We need to look at what prescriptions he was taking or if he was drinking booze. We'll never know but i guarantee
booze and prescriptions were involved.
