i don't think his presidency is finished, but if you haven't lost some confidence in his ability to get things done, i don't know what to tell you.
this was a major major campaign promise of his that he's already bailing on two months in. i'm not sure he's prepared for how tough this job is.
also, to repeat, the bill he wanted passed was awful. it's got to worry you that he even liked it in the first place.
