I think I've finally fixed the last ongoing problem with the new server.
At around 11:55pm PT, on some nights only, the radio server would die.
It seemed that something on the server was actually going out and intentionally killing it. I did not suspect foul play or Russians.
After some searching, I found an unrelated software update process which runs at 11:54pm PT daily. Obviously that's a very suspicious culprit.
While I cannot find any documentation that this particular update process is killing the radio server, I have a feeling that's what's been happening.
I disabled it, and I suspect the problems will end.
If you notice the Call to Listen line (or any other streaming rerun service of PFA Radio) crashes and stops working, PLEASE post in this thread or text me at (775) 372-8355.
The only exception is the night of live radio, as I manually take down the reruns a few hours before radio in order to prevent confusion.
Thanks for your help.
