But I think Tiff gets a bad rap and I'd like to see her succeed... it's basically just a case of rooting for the underdog.

I miss you. At this moment I am lying in bed with two American Eskimos and a kitten named Moonshadow that adopted us - probably abandoned with all the foreclosures. It's pet heaven up in he-ah - but no room for my legs! Random.

A Los Angeles native who grew up performing, Tiffany Michelle gained fame on an unexpected stage. It was while working as an actress that she fell into player poker for fun with fellow actors and industry types. After a stint of jobs as an On-Camera Poker Host she played in the 2008 World Series of Poker Championship Event (televised on ESPN) where she was the Last Woman Standing, cashing in for a payday of $334,534. Her unbelievable 17th place finish, out of an impossible field of 6,844 players, broke records for the largest field ever conquered by a female in live poker tournament history. The poker world took notice of the confident, attractive and determined, young 20-something actress, who could more than hold her own in a male dominated game. Tiffany's record breaking finish made her one of the hottest and most sought after female poker players, instantly skyrocketing her to poker celebrity status. By the end of the year she was named in the Top 10 Most Fascinating People in Poker.

In 2009, Tiffany's competitive drive landed her on the 15th season of the CBS seven-time Emmy Award Winning reality show The Amazing Race, where she once again defied the odds and toughed it out on a 21 day race around the world as the season's only all-female team. But Tiffany Michelle had more up her sleeve than a love for competition and a killer game of cards. Born and raised in entertainment capitol of the world, Los Angeles, Tiffany was a natural born performer. At just ten years old, she fell in love with the theatre, earning nominations two-years in a row for "Best Young Performer" from the Lancaster Performing Arts Center. During her teen years, her competitive drive led her down the pageant circuit, where she won the titles of Miss Teen Newhall, Miss Teen Santa Clarita Valley, as well as Miss Teenage California Miss Congeniality where she was a Top 10 finalist.

Tiffany continued to find success on every stage she stepped onto; from winning trophies for her Dramatic & Prose Interpretation performances on the college Speech & Debate team, to sharing her music as a singer/songwriter and musician at LA music hot spots like the Hotel Cafe, BB Kings and The Mint. After completing a two-year theatre program, as well as studying with UCLA's Film & Television Department and at the Aaron Speiser Acting Studio, Tiffany made the transition from performing on stage to the screen, where she began booking roles in film and television shows like ER, Gilmore Girls and Nip/Tuck.

Some Hollywood actresses wait tables between acting gigs but Tiffany opted for a table of a different kind to pay the bills - the poker table. She discovered that she had a natural knack for Texas Hold'em poker while frequenting a weekly Hollywood house game with actor friends. Soon she ventured out and began entering poker tournaments in local LA and Vegas casinos, winning the very first tournament she ever played. She carved out a name for herself, "Hot Chips", because of her role as the hottest young female in the poker community and for her signature chip tricks. With her experience and knowledge of the game, combined with her fun and comfortable personality on-camera, she began booking jobs as a poker host and commentator when she wasn't at the tables herself. In 2006, she was heard nationwide on Sirius Satellite Radio as an On-Air host and commentator for the World Series of Poker. In 2007, she became the first ever female to be an On-Camera host for PokerNews and spent the following year and a half traveling internationally with the World Series of Poker, European Poker Tour and the World Poker Tour.

One of the few poker stars to be able to cross over into mainstream media, Tiffany has appeared on the covers of Steppin' Out magazine, Ocean View magazine, Rounder magazine and Casino Player magazine and been featured in variety of other worldwide publications. In 2010, Maxim named her one of their Top 20 Hottest 20 Celebrity Poker Players.

Currently, Tiffany Michelle is ranked in Poker's Top 10 Female Money Earners of All Time, under the age of 30. She resides in Los Angeles, CA and balances the busy life of a performer, professional poker player, and public speaker with a variety of projects, including the most recent title added to her resume, "clothing designer" with the launch of her own clothing line Tiffany Michelle by Black Ace. Although she dedicated several years to playing poker professionally, in 2012 Tiffany returned to her acting roots with Guest Starring roles on Days of Our Lives and the hit web soap series, DeVanity.

    Personal Quotes
I'm going with the flow and blessed every minute I get to be in this unique and extraordinary position. It's kind of like winning the lottery in life.

The only pressure we have is the pressure we embrace and put on ourselves. I can only be me. I can only play my game. Let the cameras roll, let the nay-sayers chatter, I'm there to play the best game I can.

Your toughest competition is sexless, it's neither other men or women... it's yourself. We get in our own way all the time and talk ourselves out of taking risks and being awesome... Doubt and fear will cripple you but confidence will carry you far.

"I want a love story like in the movies: instantaneous, perfect, forever... and with a soundtrack".

One of my Bucket List items is to go to the Emmy's in a cheap, nobody dress & when asked 'Who are you wearing?' say, 'I got it at Ross!'
