I really doubt std's and suicide encouragement ends someones career but yeah he hasn't agreed to make a movie in three years so I guess that is possible. So you are saying that she took a shot at him in the first question about looking for a date... implying he was out of the industry and he killed his girlfriend... so he just melted down? It seems a lot less simple than that to me but I'm always just guessing.

Heard Jerry Lawler saying Carrey was a real prick to everyone on the set of the Andy Kaufman movie. He wanted to stay in character the whole time. Thing is that when Kaufman wasn't on stage he was a really nice guy. Maybe Carrey is just an ass hole at heart.
Yeah don't know why you played the Henner clip? Kaufman was misunderstood by the majority. Carrey knew Kaufman from early on and he admitted that when he took the part he was in character before filming began and people who knew him recognized the change. So onstage Kaufman was considered an asshole but you expect someone trying to capture his presence not to be the same?
