I will in no way condone scamming or stealing. It is wrong and illegal to scam or roll anyone -- even a shady company like FTP. Both Yebsite and WillieMcFML are dead wrong for agreeing with each other to participate in this scam.

So, with that said, what happens when two scammers make an illegal, unethical agreement to launder stolen funds?

Importantly, why would this chip dump take over an hour to complete? It sounds like Yebsite wasn't sticking with the agreed-upon plan by not disclosing his cards, etc., leaving WillieMcFML with the perhaps-justified impression that Yebsite was trying to scam or roll WillieMcFML. "Luckily", the money was dumped to Willie (he doesn't seem to dispute this), and "unluckily" Willie shot it all off thereafter (Yebsite doesn't seem to dispute this).

It's shitty and unenforceable and both of you are pieces of shit for engaging in this scam, but in this instance, internet justice dictates that WillieMcFML should reimburse the money "dumped" to him. Yebsite says "$831" and WillieMcFML says "around $700." I say WillieMcFML should ship Yebsite $600 and both parties should forget this ugly incident ever happened and be buddies again. So let it be done. *Gavel*

I'm a disinterested party giving my genuine opinion. You can "DENY" all you want, as I mentioned, this debt is unenforceable.

But fairness dictates you reimburse him for his portion of what you shot off, your self-declared "clear books", unilateral deadline and statute of limitations notwithstanding.

but just imagine a debt collector calling your house leaving you messages at all hours saying you owe them money

you call them back and ask them if you can take care of it over the phone, and they say no. you ask if you can send them a check, they say no.

they never let you pay the debt but then two years later start calling you again, saying they are going to kill you and your family for the money you owed (and had no problem paying from the get go), wouldn't you tell them to go fuck themselves?

no one's asked yeb why he refused cash the next day, or the several other times i offered to square the deal despite it's shadiness. why did he turn down several offers to make it right? he hasn't even disputed this, he hasn't disputed anything i've said.

I am going to have to vote no. Yebsite engaged in charge backs frequently, which resulted in net losses to many poker sites, which are then passed on to the players. Wille made 1 lapse in judgement, and the money went right back into the poker community. Neither party is out of pocket.
