But I wanted to address a common dream in the firearm community.
Numerous firearm owners have dreamed that they were being attacked, attempted to use their gun, but it wouldn’t fire. Disappoint then settles in.
My response to the gun dream is- They are not training enough with their guns. Training leads to confidence and confidence leads to completing the task.

Really happened- Had another dream last night with Druff in it, it was short and non-exciting.
My mom has a rural ranch style house in Northern California. So in this dream, it was day time and Druff was playing Space Invaders on an Atari 2600 TV screen in the garage. It was very specific and clear on the Space Invaders and Atari 2600. I was trying to get Druff to hurry up with the video game to do something else, not sure. And No, my mom was not in the dream.

This place has been weird for years.

I have come to beleive many dreams are repressed desires or cravings that get twisted and then the mind explores them while sleeping, sorta explore unconcious physical or emotional needs, and hallucinate the ones you will not ever get. Like low serotonin get expressed as weird dreams you never get to catch up to friends in , etc etc.
Think the subconcious craving is heavily distorted and what your dreaming is probably just a image or a model of something you think you know and dont.

Weird dream I had involving random poker players in the past month - I am in Laughlin and been planning to visit for a bit so its been on my mind.
Had a dream that Doug Polk and his group of Texas poker investors wanted to get into the Nevada gaming scene with dreams of being the next Wynn and truly changing the face of the LV Strip + creating a new dynastic company sorta like Golden Nugget but poker is the core of the products dna. And in this venture they find it easiest to buy some current casino in Laughlin and make it a poker destination, get a WSOP Tour stop/ WPT Tour whatever and put alot of money into making a "mob style vegas" but 1 hour south on the Tri-State with no competition even in LV - lets be real poker in Nevada is wack - enough people would drive 1-1.5 hrs for a good game with free parking and a bank of high limit slots.
In my dream the were very succesful lol! In reality it would probably be very expensive to rake 5% or whatever - just set up a bank of piggys - but by buing distressed casino hotel with all the assetts in a city with a bunch of assetts, would be cheaper than any other entrance into Nevada Gaming and close enough to use LV Airport and resources *even hotels, its 50 minutes to my Apt in Greenvalley Ranch.

True story-
Last night I had another dream with Druff. We were at a casino, sitting at a table game and I just won a large county of stacked chips. I was like- Wow, never done this before. Druff got there a little late and acknowledged my big stacks, kinda a little jealous, but it was no big deal to him as he's been there before. I did take a picture of the stacks with my phone. And then it was over. Druff had a good sized stack of chips too, but this was routine for him. I also dont know what casino we were at, but it felt like we were in Vegas.
I do not know what game I was playing, but it wasnt poker.
