So much for geosn0w. Nothing came of the above.

However I have some good news to report. iOS 15.0-15.4.1 have been jailbroken, for devices up through iPhone 13.

It is not yet recommended for the general public, and is not user friendly or stable. However, this is being worked on, and we should have a functional jailbreak for these iOS versions soon. This is important because many apps are no longer allowing you to download them if you have iOS 14 or below, and in fact some apps are forcing upgrades in order to continue working, so this makes iOS 14 increasingly unusable.

Here are the details: https://www.idownloadblog.com/2023/0...15-max-beta-7/

Note that the details above are about 3 weeks old. Today, the developer released a final beta, which he claims is good enough for the average user. I would advise waiting for the full release, as this is likely to be both buggy and incompatible with a lot of tweaks/apps.

This jailbreak uses Sileo as a package manager, and not Cydia, so be aware of that.

It probably won't be that long until the final version is released. Impressive that the main developer here is just 22 years old.
