Unbelievable response from Caesars to customer review

This is on TripAdvisor and shows Caesars has automatic responses added based on the score. There is no way “Ryan B” actually read the review, is there?

That's hilarious.

Yeah, it's either a bot, or a lazy social media employee who just copy-pastas one of various canned responses based upon seeing the star rating, and didn't bother reading any of the content.

I opened this up again to show a friend how ridiculous this response was, and I realized something.

I actually know this "Zachary K" who did that racist/offensive review! He's not a friend of mine, but I know him. He's not a PFA member, in case you're wondering.

I haven't asked him about it yet, but it's definitely him. Small world!

So I’m assuming it wasn’t the N word that gave it away but the Satan and 666 stuff? And then you saw the name and city and a bell went off? Actually fascinating and most of us know someone like that but had to be shocked to see it as a link here.
