Not very aesthetically pleasing for sure and no spectators. Here’s the greatest downhill run of all time: Franz Klammer, Austria, in front of 60,000 of his countrymen. Not at Innsbruck, but at Kitzbuhel.
i believe the announcers were Frank Gifford and Bob Beatty...and if i recall correctly the call was dubbed in at the studio after the race--it was not live (good acting to recreate the excitement)--it wasn't just the snow that was fake

In the last turn of a race, Chinese asshole skater named Kexin Fan deliberately trips a Canadian skater by sliding a marker at her feet. I had to watch this a few times before I realized what happened. Pretty slick...almost like he practiced this move.

Curling is NOT a sport. It's basically Shuffleboard on ice.

You're wrong, it's in the Okympics.

Canadian not happy with his wooden nickel... i have to agree with him, I saw the run and was near flawless.

One Canadian is defending the integrity of his gold medal while another claims it should belong to him after a judging error in the Olympic men's snowboard slopestyle event.

Regina's Mark McMorris took bronze in the event, while fellow Canadian Max Parrot of Bromont, Que., won gold.

But McMorris now says he perhaps should have been the one standing atop the podium — and not Parrot.

I always wondered what Terry Forster was doing post-retirement.

I guess they dont let you bring the cigarettes and Old Milwaukee onto the ice during the Olympics?

Congrats to Team Finland defeating the hated Russians to take Gold in the Men's Hockey final. Slovakia takes it's first ever medal, bronze, by beating the now hated Swedes.

Big wins for team Great Britain (Scotland) as the women take gold and the men take silver in curing.
