I agree with most of the other posters. When he knew that he was located he shouted: "Oh shitsky! Day dun finds me! I be fucked!" At that point, like all scammers, he just wanted to buy time to disappear. I would expect him to move to an apartment already rented by someone else who desperately needs a roommate to avoid eviction and won't be terribly fussy. The job change to a place that is off your radar and possibly off the books will likely be coming. On the other hand, what do you have to lose by waiting until he actually misses a payment before you lower the boom on him? Best of luck to all those generous people who tried to help out that charity and were scammed instead.

Jasep wasted hours of my life contacting authorities here in NY, there is actually an FBI file associated with his name which went no where because 22q is a fucking a joke. It has been suggested by someone in our private Jasep discussion group (yes, one exists) that Jasep pay twice a month (half each) instead of monthly.

This will make it more difficult to buy time with these spread out payments.

Most payroll services like ADP and Paychex *definitely* could do this but it's sooooo obv Juan was forced out of his hole and that's why he has the urge to solve the problem. When the heat stops the money stops... While Juan may feel some legitimate guilt and shame from his actions, he's clearly not making nearly enough money to sustain a 400/mo repay. At this rate he's got a better chance of paying off that 97 honda (has good engine) than ever making the PFA community whole at $12/hr.

How about he agrees that if he misses 2-3 consecutive payments it is open season on his work place and personal life. I know it is regardless but maybe that will give him the push he needs and everyone can agree to back off so long as he does what he says he is going to do. He is a sociopath so unless something directly effects him personally he isnt going to care. Peter DC was the same way.
If he fucks up this time, there should be absolutely no mercy and the forum should make his life so terrible work wise he ends up on the street begging for change.
