I had brief communication with Jasep this morning (via text, not on the phone). The basis of our texts involved only his agreed upon re-payment plan as well as my concern (among others here) of him not responding to the request of paying every 2 weeks versus monthly. We did not text about anything else but he stated that he will keep an open line of communication with myself and Druff. He stated when asked by me why he hadn't responded to the posed question from 2 days ago regarding twice monthly payments.. And the following is verbatim what was texted to me.

"I know people probably want and expect me to be on their constantly but I really just can't, aside from the stuff like my girlfriend is ugly or I'm gonna get buried in the woods just the general content is hard for me to see and maintain a good mind frame"

" You can post any of what I said, the payments are whats important. I can make a $200 payment on the 29th or 30th, whatever the Wednesday is. Im driving now so I can't check my schedule. Then the 13th for $200 and every 2 weeks there after if I'm employed"

"And again I'm letting everyone know that in October my pay schedule changes so an adjustment for that month is possible, but I don't know yet. I will communicate it to you and Todd"

I am OBVIOUSLY not validating anything he texted nor am I posting this in hopes he garners any sympathy from anyone. This was the first communication we had since the first week of December 2012. I just wanted to post word for word what was texted to me to be totally transparent and honest with the community. He stated that he was driving to work while we were texting and he stated he would reply to me if I needed to further communicate with him. And that was it.

i used to troll pika in the chat during pfa radio when this all went down and he always seemed very casual about it and would just lol about it. i recall him saying he was just pretty naive about the $ value but felt like he was helping a friend in a time of need so it really didnt concern him at the time.

I saw that he responded to a tweet from Crowe regarding the new info found on Juan Sepulveda. Pika gave an extremely nonchalant response. If I was scammed out of 6K I certainly would be in Rhode Island searching every in house, outhouse and doghouse for Chef Juan Boyardee.

He probably put it behind him already, and his fiance/wife just had some serious-ass health issues, which also would make things like old injuries fade into the background. Everyone reacts differently to this shit.

1. Why did you decide to create the lowlimitpokerradio.com site when our goal was to be on VPR? If I am reading this timeline correctly you owned $6K worth of VPR. Why couldn't you tell Chef Scamboyaree "Hey man I own 6K worth of your site, I can fucking have my own show dedicated to Hungry Hungry Hippos if I want to." Wasn't our original goal to become a flagship program on that site.

NOTE: #7 happened after my departure. After much soul-searching after feeling that something was not right after we broadcasted the night when Juan Sepulveda's life was crashing down. I deleted my twitter account and left LLPR.

If I had a chance to go back to 2012 I would have declined to accept Chef Scamboyardee's offer to be on FLR. I would have never helped create LLPR (I came up with the name BTW) There might be some more questions that may come back to me. I have not been on radio for over 2 years now. It's for the best. I have enjoyed my time with this community and still do even though I am not as active as I used to be. If you have any questions for me please feel free to ask me.
