Yeah, it's the lawsuit that done 'em in. Not the insane spending, acquisition spree, or buy back / IPO gamble.

Loveman got to exercise every trick in the financial tool box thinking he was the smartest guy in the room. Now he's the tool box with a cushy gig on the board and a golden parachute.

A better conversation would be to point out ONE successful business move Loveman made other than the Binions WSOP. The WSOP coup was a pimple on the ass of the overall business. I mean microscopic.

The Total Rewards Program was not Loveman's invention. He recognized it's value but big fuckin deal. Lol Total Rewards is CZR's biggest asset - only cause he couldn't leverage its value and buy something else on credit.
