You are going to see alot of this in the coming years from the IRS, bank accounts seized for structuring transactions to avoid the $10,000 cash depositing rule.
Considering that professional poker players deal mainly in cash, if you deposit $2K or $3K at a time, that could become a problem and the IRS could seize all the money in your bank account.
