    Mexico is Really Strange

But I do want to say that life is a lot less stressful and the weather is glorious

yes it sucks that I can't read the signs and don't speak the language and my ISP is ghetto as fuck

but today I spent 4 hours on the coast fishing for fresh Halibut.....waist deep in some gorgeous surf overlooking the mountains south of here and the coastline of Ensenada

keeping my head down for abalone sized clams

surf about 90 seconds from my place is busting 4-6 in the morning

will def be out there with the Winster at 8-10 am even though she is a chickenshit when it gets big

I love the coastline here because its a sandy bottom, not coral or jagged rocks

fishing today I had a 3 foot sting ray cruise by my ankles...I was knee deep at the time

during low tide is all baby clams.....you walk on them like sand.

also this morning was out walking my dog on the beach and saw a dozen black bottle nosed dolphins playing in the waves

    very cool

had baked clams for lunch and a huge carne asada burrito with papas con queso for dinner

    obv mucho cerveza

    lots of pros

    lots of cons too

ftpjesus: n-word Dolphins Rep.. Sidenote sounds alot like Rocky Point aka Puerto Penasco on the Sea of Cortez. Really nice and relaxing and way far from the insanity of the avg US City

I'd much rather eat at Chipotle' than most local restaurants

    however...

I've been lucky enough to stumble across a few local GEMS

    been eating very well lately

this little roadside stand run by a an old school Mexican wearing a white cowboy hat sells these fucking incredible clam/jumbo shrimp/octopus tostadas with sliced guac...just wow....70 pesos.. about 5 bucks....I eat there for lunch 3 days a week
