Local book just sent out lines, he's got ATL -2.5 vs NO. This has to be a joke I assume. So I scour the web and see it at -3 most places but line seems to be moving down since it opened. So I come here to ask "am I missing something?" 5-0 ATL vs 1-4 NO and I don't even have to cover a FG?

Maybe you didn't watch the game last week but Atlanta was owned fucking silly and was bailed out by a pick 6. I think they win and actually have a max bet at -1 (early line they post a week in advance) and have them in alot of 7&10 pt teasers, but think it's a field goal game in which they could lose it there. Personally, I dont feel safe at even -1 with julio injured and if I can't grab them at +3.5 or more in a teaser I wont take them. There is a reason the line is -3/-3.5 with 90% of the public on them.... Vegas is going for the push/outright win with that spread and I think they have it down perfectly.

With that said the total strikeouts for tonight's starters are too low for me to feel comfortable betting.

Good point. I know all about Cueto struggles like everyone else but wasn't sure if he was still getting a decent number of strikeouts in that time. He will be on a short leash tonight for sure.

The number 5.5 just sounds too low that if I didn't read this thread I would have just skipped over even considering this and now I am so thanks to you both.
