I dont think what the officer said to her was a problem. He gave her instructions, and she didnt follow them. He told her to put the cig out, and she didnt. She has the attitude where she thinks that she can sit there and bitch about everything and demand answers to her questions. Not with the police. She is clearly a pain in the ass and that attitude will not win you points with the cops. They have enough shit to deal with and dont need the bullshit.
As far as what happened at the station, hopefully there were some cameras or something audible captured, but likely not. Im leaning more towards they had to deal with her being a raving pain in the ass at the station, got into an altercation with her, she was hysterical, someone struck the other, and then they covered up what happened with the hanging. Waiting for the facts to come out. She seems like one of the worst types of people to have to deal with as a human being once she doesnt get her way.
I wonder if there will ever become a law where the police have a checklist that they read out loud to you, where they tell you DIRECTIVE 1: GET OUT OF THE CAR OR YOU WILL BE TAZED, and if you dont, they can just taze you right there, instead of having to deal with the "I know my rights, motherfucker, I aint getting out of this car. Tell me what I did wrong!!", bullshit and having to sit there for another 30 seconds repeating themselves over and over. Its the major assholes out there who have caused the police to be strongly concerned for their lives...blame them.

He was threatening to taze her because she was smoking... in her own car.. on her own time.. which is completely legal. A cop saying something doesn't make it law. He enforced his WILL, not the law.
