Ha. Not really. First off, bars in LA close at like 1:30am. I seem to have one burger a week, usually for lunch, either at a restaurant or at In-N-Out, which is supposedly healthier than the other fast food places.

The reason why Druff got a burger at 6am, he had a red eye flight from Mexico and was hungry. I didn’t see him on my flight back. He was still quiet and focused the whole time and needed to be alone.

The weight gain was actually mostly between September 2023 and February 2024, when a persistent foot problem made me extremely sedentary, as it was painful enough to walk to where I kept it to a minimum, even around the house.

The problem has mostly resolved itself, only occasionally flaring up. Now I need to lose the weight.
